We're pleased to offer free standard shipping on all orders — no minimum spend required, no hidden fees at checkout. Express shipping is available at checkout for an additional fee.

We ship from strategically located fulfillment centers in the United States, United Kingdom, and China. All delivery times are calculated from the date of purchase. Orders placed before 12:00 AM EST begin processing the same business day.

Processing time is the time to prepare and dispatch your order. Transit time begins once your order has been handed to the carrier. Total delivery time is calculated from the date of purchase. Actual delivery may vary based on your exact location, local carrier performance, and customs processing.

Our Global Fulfillment Network

Rova Decor operates fulfillment centers in the United States, United Kingdom, and China. We carefully select the optimal warehouse for your order based on product availability and your delivery address to ensure the fastest possible delivery.

If your nearest warehouse is temporarily out of stock, we'll automatically fulfill from our next closest location. Your delivery timeline will reflect this, and we'll keep you informed throughout the process.

Order Processing

  • Standard Processing: 1–2 business days

  • Express Processing: 1 business day

  • Peak Season Processing (Nov–Jan, major holidays): 3–5 business days

Once your order is processed, it's transferred to our shipping partners within 1 business day. You'll receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.

Need to modify your order? Contact us at hello@rovadecor.com within 8 hours of purchase with "ORDER MODIFICATION" in the subject line. Once an order has shipped, changes can no longer be made.

Order Tracking

Every shipment includes full tracking capabilities. You'll receive:

  • Order Confirmation — immediate email upon purchase

  • Processing Update — when your order enters fulfillment

  • Shipment Notification — tracking number and carrier details once dispatched

Orders containing multiple items may ship separately for logistical efficiency. Each package will have its own tracking number.

Receiving Your Order

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incomplete or incorrect address information.

  • Packages are delivered via your local postal service or courier

  • Signature may be required for high-value orders

  • If you're unavailable, carriers will leave a delivery notice with collection or re-delivery instructions

Package marked as delivered but not received?

  1. Check with household members, neighbors, or building management

  2. Review any safe-place instructions you may have provided

  3. Contact your local carrier using your tracking number

  4. If unresolved after 48 hours, email us at hello@rovadecor.com

Once a carrier confirms delivery, responsibility transfers to the recipient. We recommend arranging a secure delivery location or enabling signature confirmation for high-value orders.

US & Canadian Customers

United States: We ship to all 50 states including Alaska and Hawaii. Orders are fulfilled from our US-based fulfillment center where possible for the fastest delivery. If we are unable to ship within the stated timeframe, we will notify you promptly and offer a full refund if you choose not to wait.

Canada: We ship to all Canadian provinces and territories. Orders shipped to Canada may be subject to Canadian customs duties and taxes upon arrival, which are the responsibility of the recipient. We comply with all applicable Canadian consumer protection and shipping regulations.

International Shipping & Customs

We ship to over 200 countries worldwide. International shipments may be subject to customs fees, import duties, and taxes determined by your country's regulations.

Important: Customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in your order total. These fees are collected by your local customs authority upon package arrival. We cannot predict or control these charges, but we will complete all customs documentation accurately to facilitate smooth clearance. The declared value on customs forms reflects the actual purchase price.

Restricted Destinations: A small number of remote locations may be unavailable for delivery. If we cannot service your address, we'll contact you immediately to arrange a full refund.

Delayed or Missing Shipments

Delays may occasionally occur due to:

  • Customs processing for international orders

  • Weather events or natural disasters

  • Carrier disruptions

  • Peak season volume

If your order is significantly delayed beyond the estimated delivery window, contact us at hello@rovadecor.com and we'll work with our carriers to locate your shipment.

Lost Packages: In the rare event a package is confirmed lost in transit by carrier investigation, we'll reship your order or process a full refund at no cost to you.

Failed Delivery & Return Shipments

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, refusal of delivery, or unclaimed status, we reserve the right to:

  • Charge a 15% restocking/reshipping fee

  • Deduct original shipping costs from any refund

To avoid this, please ensure your shipping information is accurate and retrieve packages promptly when notified by your carrier.
