At Rova Decor, we're committed to your complete satisfaction. We stand behind the quality of every piece we curate, and we want you to love what you bring into your home. If something isn't quite right, we're here to make it right.
Our 30-Day Return Promise
We accept returns on eligible items within 30 days of delivery. Whether a piece doesn't fit your space as imagined or you've simply changed your design direction, we understand — and we've made the process simple.
Holiday Extended Returns: Orders placed between November 1st and December 24th may be returned until January 31st of the following year.
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return, items must meet all of the following conditions:

Item is unused, undamaged, and in its original condition

All original packaging, tags, and accessories are included

Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is provided

Return request is initiated within 30 days of the delivery date
Please note: We inspect all returned items upon receipt. Items that show signs of use, damage, assembly, or alteration may not be eligible for a full refund.
Non-Returnable Items
For quality and safety reasons, the following products cannot be returned:

Final sale items (marked as "Final Sale" at checkout)

Custom or personalized products (made-to-order items, custom dimensions, personalized engravings)

Clearance items (discounted 50% or more from original price)

Hygiene-sensitive items (bedding, bath linens, pillows) unless received defective or damaged

Digital products (e-books, digital prints, downloadable content)

Gift cards and vouchers

Products showing signs of use, assembly, or installation

How to Initiate a Return
Step 1 — Contact Us
Email hello@rovadecor.com within 30 days of delivery with the following:

The item(s) you wish to return

A brief reason for the return

Photos, if the item arrived damaged or defective
Step 2 — Receive Authorization
Our team will respond within 24–48 business hours with:

A return authorization number (required for processing)

The return shipping address

Packing instructions
Step 3 — Pack & Ship

Securely pack item(s) in original packaging when possible

Include all accessories, tags, and documentation
-
Write your return authorization number clearly on the outside of the package

Ship via a trackable carrier of your choice and keep your receipt until your refund is processed
Step 4 — Confirmation
You'll receive an email confirmation once we receive and inspect your return.
Return Shipping Costs
Standard Returns (preference, change of mind, wrong size): The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot be held responsible for returns lost in transit.
Defective or Damaged Items: We cover all return shipping costs. You pay nothing.
International Returns: Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, including any customs fees or duties. Please use a trackable shipping method.
Important: Original outbound shipping costs are non-refundable for standard returns. Only the product price will be refunded once your return is approved.
Refund Process & Timeline
Once your return is received and inspected, we'll process your refund promptly:

Inspection & Approval (2–5 business days) — Our team inspects the returned item(s) and verifies eligibility. You'll receive an email confirming approval or explaining any issues.

Refund Processing (2–3 business days after approval) — Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method.

Bank Processing (5–10 additional business days) — Depending on your financial institution, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account. Contact your bank if you don't see the credit after this timeframe.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable

Return shipping costs are not reimbursed (customer responsibility)
Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be issued in the following circumstances:

Item returned with visible signs of use or minor damage

Item missing parts, accessories, or original packaging (up to 25% deduction)

Item returned after the 30-day window, at our discretion (up to 50% deduction)
Restocking Fee: A 15–20% restocking fee may apply to large or bulky items returned due to customer preference. This fee covers inspection, repackaging, and re-listing costs. Restocking fees do not apply to defective or damaged items.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you'd like a different item, please return the original following the process above and place a new order for your preferred selection. This ensures you receive your new item as quickly as possible.
Damaged or Defective Items
We take great care in packaging every order, but occasionally things happen in transit. If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us immediately at hello@rovadecor.com with:

Clear photos of the damage (both packaging and product)

A description of the issue
We'll respond within 24 hours with one of the following solutions:

Full refund

Free replacement shipped immediately

Partial refund if you'd prefer to keep a slightly damaged item
We cover all return shipping costs for defective or damaged items.
Important: Please inspect your order upon delivery and report any damage within 48 hours. Claims made after 48 hours may not be eligible for prepaid return shipping.
Wrong Item Received
If we sent you the wrong item, we sincerely apologize. Contact us at hello@rovadecor.com and we will ship the correct item immediately (expedited where available) and cover all associated shipping costs. This is our error — you pay nothing.
Order Cancellations
Before Shipment: Contact us immediately at hello@rovadecor.com. If we can stop the shipment, we'll issue a full refund with no deductions.
After Shipment: Once an order has shipped, cancellations are no longer possible. You may return the item(s) following our standard return process once delivered. Return shipping costs apply.
Gift Returns
Gift with gift receipt: The recipient will receive store credit for the return value, valid for 12 months. Return shipping costs still apply.
Gift without gift receipt: The refund will be issued to the original purchaser's payment method. We will notify the purchaser of the return.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received your refund within the expected timeframe:

Check your bank account — refunds are sometimes posted but not immediately visible

Contact your credit card company — processing can take several business days

Contact your bank — there's often a processing period before refunds appear
